I’ve always been drawn to the beauty of nature's seasonal landscapes and wildlife. These are the images that I enjoy painting. I'm a self-taught artist and my preferred medium is watercolor. I love the transparency and spontaneity of watercolors and I try to capture the many variations of light and color that I find in nature.
I enjoy photography and the images I capture become the inspiration for my paintings.
To me the greatest reward in creating art is to see my work connect and resonate with the viewer in a meaningful way.
Juve is an AFCA Signature member of The Federation of Canadian Artists, North and Central Okanagan Chapters and an elected member of the Society of Canadian Artists (SCA). Juve's art is in private collections in Canada, the U.S. and abroad.
